WHY KNOWLEDGER?
“The global knowledge economy is the fastest growing economy today. Knowledge is growing exponentially around the world. Knowledge underpins everything that we do. Knowledge always has been, and always will be, the key asset! We need to perform effective organisational knowledge work. We need effective knowledge workers. We need to leverage the world’s knowledge. Those individuals, teams, organisations, communities and nations, that manage their knowledge assets wisely, will dominate the 21st Century”
Ron Young, CEO, Knowledge Associates International
WHAT IS KNOWLEDGER?
Today, we can certainly create and leverage knowledge in totally new ways. Since 1995, Knowledge Associates have researched, developed, and integrated the best knowledge that is available – to manage knowledge and knowledge assets. In 2003, Knowledge Associates launched ‘Knowledge Asset Management’ as a consulting methodology, endorsed by the European Commission. In 2015, Knowledge Asset Management education was academically accredited to Masters Degree level by Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge and Chelmsford. The latest Global ISO Standards and principles for knowledge, quality, and asset management have now been integrated into our Knowledge Asset Management Consulting Methodology.
KNOWLEDGER is the knowledge platform that contains and transforms these principles, strategies, methods, best knowledge, standards, templates, tools and techniques into practical daily reality for individual knowledge workers, knowledge teams and entire knowledge driven organisations.
It is certainly not necessary to study and understand this accumulated body of knowledge, unless you wish to do so, as the primary purpose of the KNOWLEDGER platform is to simply let you perform these new knowledge driven processes and use these new methods and techniques for effective knowledge working, and immediately gain the benefits from world class knowledge asset management.
The aim of the KNOWLEDGER platform is to make a ‘big difference’ in helping you to achieve your personal and organisational objectives and results. Extraordinary results require an extraordinary mindset, extraordinary methods, and extraordinary knowledge platforms and tools.
